Every integration below carries its real status. If something you rely on is missing, tell us — it moves the roadmap.

Reservations

  • Turno reservation book

    At launch

    Turno's own book: availability comes from your floor plan, party sizes, turn times and blackout dates. No third party required.

  • OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms

    Not integrated

    Not integrated. Turno keeps its own book. If you run one of these today, talk to us before you switch — we will not pretend the two can sync.

Channels

  • Phone line

    At launch

    A new local number or your existing one. Turno answers, books, transfers to a person during your hours and takes a message outside them.

  • Website chat

    At launch

    One script tag on your site. Same assistant, same book, in your guests' language.

  • WhatsApp

    Planned

    Through the WhatsApp Business API. Each restaurant's number needs Meta's approval, which we handle with you.

Point of sale

  • Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series)

    In progress

    To-go orders into the POS and Turno reservations pushed to your tables. Partner access with Lightspeed is being arranged.

  • Toast

    Planned

    Menu, hours and 86'd items through Toast's standard API. Sending orders into Toast requires their partner program, which we have not completed yet.

Payments

  • Card deposits (Stripe)

    Planned

    A card hold for large parties and peak nights, released or charged by your no-show policy.

We only mark an integration as available once a restaurant has used it in production.
